The system has a portable telephone (14) confided to an agent (10) in charge of establishment of a minutes book (12), and an interactive server (16) receiving calls from the telephone. The server has an identification unit to identify telephone number, and voice recognition software to recognize information transmitted by the telephone for establishing the book. A transmission unit transmits the information to authorized services (18).
