SOLUTION: The optical element 1 has at least one or more optical planes 2 and 3 of rotational asymmetry. At least two or more rotation axis symmetrical shape parts 45 and 46 which are not used optically are formed in addition to surfaces 2, 3, and 4 which are used optically.
