The device has caissons (1) with a sectioned assembly (2) inside which closure plates (3) are inserted and plated by elastic cleats (4). The caissons have an opening (5) through which a plate (6) is inserted to form a roof of a shelter. A transversal bar (7) has perforated stopper rings (9) receiving an oblique upright (10) placed on the lateral caisson and an arch-buttress (11) placed on the rear caisson and a round shaped cover (12).
