PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip capable of quantifying the reactivity in the material fixed on a chip, especially the phosphorization efficiency of peptide fixed to a substrate by a simple technique. SOLUTION: The biochip is constituted by fixing a mixture, which is composed of at least two kinds of materials, to the surfaces of a plurality of kinds of substrates and characterized in that the mixture ratio of at least two kinds of the materials constituting the fixed mixture is specified. This biochip is especially useful for quantifying the phosphorization reactivity of the substrate fixed on the chip by analysis due to SPR. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
