PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit capable of executing signal processing at a high speed without increasing the scale of a circuit, and also, capable of realizing highly accurate signal processing and improvement in S/N. SOLUTION: The differential amplifier circuit is composed of a differential amplifier 10, which has calculation amplifiers (1-1) to (1-n) of plural stages, a first switching circuit 2-1 for switching a connection destination of the output of the pre-stage calculation amplifier between input of the post-stage calculation amplifier and differential output, a second switching circuit 2-2 for turning on/off between the output of the calculation amplifier at the final stage and the differential output, a first switching control circuit 3 for switching the number of connections of the calculation amplifiers by controlling the first/second switching circuits, capacitors Cfs1, Cfs2 whose one ends are respectively connected to an input terminal of the calculation amplifier at the initial stage, switches SW2, SW3 for connecting each of the other ends of the capacitors to the differential input or the differential output, and a second switching control circuit for controlling the switches.
