PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder feeder capable of storing powder without hardening even in a high humidity environment, and feeding it in constant quantity every prescribed time. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a hollow member 2, a rod 5 with plates to compose a plurality of powder storage parts 4 in the hollow member 2, and a control means to move the rod 5 with plates every prescribed time in the powder feed direction, expose the powder storage parts 4 to the outside of the hollow member 2 in order for discharging supply quantity of powder stored in the powder storage part 4, and move the rods 5 with plates in the inverse direction to be contained in the hollow member 2.
