PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording apparatus in which temperature rising of an optical disk writing part and the vicinity of an imaging element part at imaging time (especially, at continuous imaging time) can be prevented by radiating efficiently heat influence for an optical disk writing part by heating from an imaging apparatus control circuit substrate and heat generated by driving of an element on a circuit substrate to which an imaging apparatus control circuit such as an imaging element is mounted to an opening part of the outside of a main body case through a heat guide path. SOLUTION: In the data recording apparatus in which a recording medium driving mechanism part including a scanning mechanism part scanning the surface of a recording medium is arranged in a main body case, the apparatus is provided with an opening part pierced to the outside of the recording apparatus main body case, and a heat guide path aiming to the opening provided at the case from the vicinity of a recording apparatus control circuit substrate or the vicinity of the recording medium driving mechanism part, is provided, a member having high heat transmission efficiency is arranged at a part of the heat guide path.
