A liquid crystal component module is provided with a liquid crystal dielectric layer; first and second conductor layers arranged to face by sandwiching the liquid crystal dielectric layer; a voltage applying means for controlling the dielectric constant of the liquid crystal dielectric layer by applying a direct voltage to the liquid crystal dielectric layer; a temperature adjusting element for changing the temperature of the liquid crystal dielectric layer; and a temperature control means for permitting the liquid crystal dielectric layer to transit between a solid phase and a liquid phase by changing the temperature of the liquid crystal dielectric layer by the temperature adjusting element.
