PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system of an unmanned conveyance vehicle for transmitting operating information of a device as basic data of maintenance information and for supporting an operation to a maintenance service personnel in use of the same transmission path by connecting, via the Internet, a conveyance vehicle facility and a remote server installed remotely. SOLUTION: A conveyance vehicle facility, controlling an unmanned conveyance vehicle 6 by a conveyance control device 1, is provided with a server 4 separately in addition to the control device 1, transfers the operating state of the conveyance vehicle 6 to the ground by radio to store it in the server 4 and also transfers the stored file to a remote server 12 installed remotely.
