PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of a motor in which teeth can be readily positioned when fittingly fixing the teeth to a yoke. SOLUTION: The stator of a motor wherein an annular yoke 1 and a plurality of teeth 2 are connected at their tip end side into a ring shape, the teeth 2 having teeth 4 fitted with a coil 3, and the annular yoke 4 is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the yoke 1 with its annular reverse tip end side.
