<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize remote regenerating of content data even if a communication state gets worse and to, moreover, maintain the content continuity of the content data. <P>SOLUTION: The communication state between a sending set and a mobile type receiving apparatus 3 in the future position of the mobile type receiving apparatus 3 is predicted according to location information, mobile information and communication environmental data. The transmission rate is changed concerning the transmission of the content data from the sending set to the mobile type receiving apparatus 3.
