<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable gas flowmeter capable of preventing stains from adhering to a heating sensor element. <P>SOLUTION: In the gas flowmeter for detecting the mass flow of gas to be measured by heating a heating element part, the heating sensor element is constituted of the heating element part made of a heating resistor having a protective coating on its surface and formed in a ceramic bobbin; lead parts electrically connected to both sides of the heating element part; and fixing parts for fixing the lead parts in a gas channel and electrically connected to an external circuit. The lead parts are divided into two in the vicinity of joints to the heating element and arranged in such a way that leads in the downstream side may not be directly exposed to a gas flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
