<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner container and an image forming apparatus which are capable of surely prevent developer from leaking when the container is removed, and reducing the amount of toner left in the toner container. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a toner outlet 24 formed in a side face of the bottom position of a toner container 24 and a seal valve 25 for opening/closing the toner outlet 24 in response to mounting/removal to/from a set part 50 of the container.
