PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable link with an Internet communication means in an intra-building LAN utilization management system. SOLUTION: A utilization management system of the intra-building LAN which realizes link with the Internet is configured so as to mainly include a utilization management server 50; and also to include a utilization candidate terminal 40, a provider 60 terminal, and an owner terminal 42. When utilization applications are made at the utilization candidate terminals 40 to a utilization management server 50 (S14); the utilization desires (S16) of a plurality of users are put together, and a request of providing advantageous utilization conditions in the number of desires is made to a plurality of providers 60 (S18). Then, a provider advantageous to each of the users is narrowed from among the plurality of provided utilization conditions (S22). The narrowed provider 60 performs installation work of connecting the user terminal desiring utilization to the intra-building LAN (S25).
