PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of a fluorine-containing polymer excellent in adhesiveness to metals and mild to the environment. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion of the fluorine-containing polymer comprises the fluorine-containing polymer, at least one species of polymers selected from a group consisting of styrene-butadiene-based copolymers, acrylonitrile-butadiene-based copolymers, acrylic copolymers, polyurethanes and fluorine-based rubbers and a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether-based surfactant having≤1.15 polydispersity (the value obtained by dividing the weight average molecular weight Mw by number average molecular weight Mn).
