<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and image processing method capable of appropriately controlling image processing so as to prevent deterioration and destruction of additional information. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with an image input means for inputting an input medium to acquire an input imaged from the input medium and an image output means for executing image processing to the input image to output it. The image input means of the image processor is provided with an additional information recognition means 103 for recognizing the additional information added to the input image. The image output means is provided with: an image processing decision means for deciding image processing in accordance with extracted contents of the additional information; an image operation input means 105 for receiving an operation instruction including at least a kind of image processing among one or two or more kinds of image processing to be executed to the input image; and an image control means 107 for controlling the image processing to the input image according to the operation instruction received by the image operation input means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
