GRIP WITH SWINGABLE SWITCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip which functions as a step for waterproof by the grip surface skin side. SOLUTION: A swingable switch mechanism is built in a grip body. A waterproof grip surface skin covers the grip body and the switch mechanism. An operation knob is housed in a recess formed in the grip surface skin. An operation shaft of the operation knob penetrates through the through-hole of the bottom of the recess to the backside of the grip surface skin. A crank arm extending laterally to the operation shaft of the operation knob is arranged so as to wrap around the recess back side of the grip surface skin. Consequently, the vicinity of the root of the operation shaft coincides with the operation shaft through-hole formed in the bottom of the recess, the swinging range of the root of the operation shaft approaches as nearly to zero as possible, and rain droplets are prevented from infiltrating from the through-hole to the inside.
