PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for fuel transformation capable of continuously producing diethyl ether from ethanol without replenishing concentrated sulfuric acid, and a fuel feeding device capable of realizing the efficient combustion state of an engine. SOLUTION: The fuel feeding device is provided with a first feed passage 3 for feeding ethanol stored in a fuel tank T to the engine E; a second feed passage 5 for feeding ethanol stored in the fuel tank T to the engine E; a reactor 6 provided with a low temperature part 6L arranged on the second feed passage 5 and introduced with ethanol from the fuel tank T and a high temperature part 6H introduced with exhaust gas from the engine E; and a control part 9 for controlling an amount of ethanol fed introduced to the low temperature part 6L of the reactor 6 on the second feed passage 5 based on the temperature of the exhaust gas detected by a temperature sensor 8. Diethyl ether is synthesized from ethanol by providing the catalyst 10 for fuel transformation in which heteropolyacid is fixed to a porous material on the lower temperature part 6L of the reactor 6.
