A cell production method moving a main worker who performs main operations including a plurality of steps for installing parts in a workpiece together with the workpiece so as to pass a plurality of stations where auxiliary steps related to the main operations are performed and a cell production facility. In the method, a main work truck for loading the workpiece thereon and carrying the main worker thereon is automatically run on a pre-determined traveling route for passing the plurality of stations and a sub work truck for carrying thereon a sub worker who performs a sub operation preparing at least a part of parts and/or tools necessary for the main operations is run parallel with the main work truck so that the parts and/or tools can be delivered between the main work truck and the sub work truck.
