PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing pattern sheet characterized by cutting a fabric by placing it on the fabric and attaching marks of cutting lines and sewing lines without requiring efforts even by a beginner or an unskilled person for sewing, and also a cover for a sun visor, made from cloth sewn by utilizing the sewing pattern sheet. SOLUTION: This sewing pattern sheet is characterized by setting the closed folding back part of a film-shaped spread sheet having transparency as a central line of a sewing part, having cuts in the cutting lines and sewing lines by leaving a part of them and installing a multiple number of holes for thrusting marking needles becoming pairs. As an actual example of the sewing pattern sheet, the sewing pattern sheet for the cover for the sun visor, made from the cloth is prepared and the cover for the sun visor, made from the cloth is provided by sewing the cloth using the prepared pattern sheet.
