PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a perforated plate used for cooling plate etc., with which a sharp cost-down can be obtained and even the deformed hole part except the round shape and the square shape can easily be formed. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the perforated plate 11 having hole part 12 extended to surface directions, a core 13 having the shape corresponding to the vertical cross sectional shape of the hole part 12 is incorporated to the hole part forming position in an one side forming mold 14 for molding the one surface-side of the hole part 12 and a molding material 17 contained metal powder is injected into the one-side forming mold 14 to mold the one surface-side portion of the hole part 12. After molding the one surface-side portion of the hole part 12 while heating a molded article 18, the molding material 17 contained metal powder is injected into the other-side forming mold 19 for molding the other surface-side of the hole part 12 to mold the other surface-side portion of the hole part 12. A powder compact 22 molded both surface-sides, is taken out from the other-side forming mold 19 and the core 13 is removed from the powder compact 22, and the powder compact 22 is sintered to produce the perforated plate.
