<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon for increasing muscles at legs or arms by easily inserting the balloon between the respective parts for putting force easily. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of recesses 2 opposing each other are made at the side face of a balloon 1 to insert the balloon between the legs, arms, etc. and to put force. Thus, a feature of soft rubber material and a feature where elasticity is also adjustable depending on the capacity of air put into the balloon are utilized. In order that a physically handicapped, an elderly and any other persons without regarding age and gender can use the balloon for muscle training for rehabilitation or diet easily, it is required conventionally that stable force equivalent to each individual can be put continuously for a fixed period. However, regarding the shape of the conventional balloon used for a game etc., in the case of putting force in the state of inserting the balloon between the legs or arms, an elliptic one slips easily and a slender or animal-shaped one is difficult to put proper force.
