PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a cover material such as a decorative cover in an extremely easy and reliable manner. SOLUTION: Building plates A each with an inserted cavity part S formed on one side in the width direction of a main plate 1 and with a fitted part 4 formed on the other side, are juxtaposed on a backing part 12 such as a purlin or furring strips. An insertion part 9 on the other side in the width direction of the cover material B is inserted in the inserted cavity part S of the building plate A, and a fitting part formed on one side of the cover material B is fitted into the fitted part 4 of the building plate A in the following position adjoining the above building plate A.
