PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for measuring displacements, capable of executing measurement having simultaneity with other measurement parameters, at a field site under progress of work. SOLUTION: This system is provided with connection rods 4, 5, 6 for connection between the measuring points of a measured object, displacement gages 10, 11, 12 for measuring the rod lengths, and inclinometers 13, 14, 15 attached to the rods. The connection points are fixed to the measured object, and the rod lengths measured by the displacement gauges are summed up with section displacements obtained from inclination angles measured by the inclinometers to find ordinate and abscissa coordinates of the each measuring point.
