<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the rise time in an image processor that uses a plurality of CPUs. <P>SOLUTION: This image processor, having a plurality of CPU whose functions to be executed are decided, is provided with an image inputting means for inputting image data, an image storing means for storing image data inputted by the image input means, an image output means for reading the image data stored in the image storing means, and for printing out the image data, a user input/output means for operating input/output with the user.
