<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus in which an opening is not stopped up by a developer after a sealing member is removed and in which the developer is securely supplied to a device main part even when the developer stored in a developer storage part is solidified. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the developer storage part 43 in which the developer G to be supplied to the device main part 23h is stored and which communicates with the device main part 23h via the opening 23g provided above the device main part 23h. Further, there is provided the sealing member 45 which seals the opening 23g and which opens the opening 23g when supplying the developer G stored in the developer storage part 43 to the device main part 23h.
