PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the control method of a nonvolatile memory which reads and processes data at high speed while ensuring high reliability and is low in cost in order to solve the problem that three or more pieces of data are usually read in data writing, data reading and read-data processing, which use a nonvolatile memory, and consequently it takes much time in processing data. SOLUTION: Two of the data stored in a nonvolatile memory are read in as a data set 1 (S21), and the two data thus read are compared, and whether the data are normal or abnormal is determined (S22). If the data are normal, the data are fixed and outputted to finish the reading of data (S23). If the data are abnormal, next two data are read as the next data set, and they are compared and determined (S24 and S25).
