摘要 PURPOSE:To produce instrument panels with high productivity without causing defect of quality such as burr or inflation, by laminating skin material, blowing material, ventilating porous member and core material in this order thus constructing the instrument panels. CONSTITUTION:An instrument panel 1 is a laminated structure of skin material 2, blowing material 3, porous member 10 such as nonwoven fabric and core material 5. When the instrument panel 1 is produced, high pressure gas in the blowing material can be discharged to the outside of a mold prior to releasing of mold, thereby breakdown of blowing cell or inflation of molded product caused by behavior of high pressure gas can be eliminated. Furthermore, leakage of blowing material to the outside of the mold can be prevented, thereby burr or shrinkage does not occur, resulting in the improvement of yield and productionability. Since usage of blowing material can be increased, density of blowing material 3 can be lowered, resulting in reduction of material cost or the weight of molded product.
