PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device with a simple constitution capable of easily adjusting a distance from the ceiling. SOLUTION: This suspension device 1 has an upper side arm 12, and a lower side arm 13 capable of adjusting the length by sliding to this arm. The lower side arm 13 is formed into a structure rockable by a first support means 21. Since a projection part 35 and a hook part 25 for fixing the length can be engaged and disengaged by rocking the lower side arm 13, a distance up to an object from the ceiling 3 can be easily adjusted with a simple constitution.
