<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed roller, capable of achieving low hardness, and restricting cost, while securing abrasion resistance and friction coefficient maintaining performance. <P>SOLUTION: This paper feed roller is provided with a hub 1, an inner layer 2 formed along an outer circumferential surface of the hub 1, and an outer layer 3 formed on an outer circumferential surface of the inner layer 2. The inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3 comprise non-foam hardened material of thermosetting urethane rubber.
