PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm capable of exactly determining an initial fire state while discriminating and determining the initial fire state and a full-scale fire state. SOLUTION: When an output related value (a) related to the output of a fire detection means is not less than a full-scale fire set value A4, a determination means determines the full-scale fire state Z. When the output related value (a) of the fire detection means is not less than initial fire set values A1, A2 and A3 less than the full-scale fire set value A4, and the output related value (b) related to the output of an environment state detection means is a fire set value B1 for environment, the determination means determines the initial fire state Y.
