PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of display quality by so-called horizontal crosstalk. SOLUTION: When a scanning line 112 and a data line 114 are selected, a pixel 110 becomes a grayscale corresponding to a data signal applied to the data line 114. An image data Vid is inputted in a sequence of the pixel which is horizontally scanned and indicates the grayscale of the pixel. In a correction circuit 310, difference between the grayscale of the pixel which is indicated by the image data Vid and a predetermined first reference grayscale is accumulated for one row which is horizontally scanned and using a value corresponding to the accumulated value as a first correction value, a delayed image signal is corrected and the grayscale of pixels for one row is corrected.
