PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building panel manufacturing device capable of efficiently manufacturing a building panel such as a wall panel, floor panel and roof panel. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device is provided with a framework member manufacturing unit 1 for manufacturing a framework member 50 by finger-jointing a framework member material 50a, a framing area 30 for obtaining a frame body 52 by assembling the manufactured framework member 50, a face member manufacturing unit 20 for manufacturing a face member 51 by scarf-jointing a surface member material 51a, and a face member pasting unit 40 for pasting the manufactured face member 51 on the frame body 52 assembled in the framing area 30, and therefore capable of efficiently manufacturing the building panel.
