A grading terminal device body 1 is provided with a LCD 31 for identifying and displaying an area corresponding to an answer column to be graded among the answer columns provided on an answer sheet, a keyboard unit 33 for entering a grading result of an answer entered in the answer column corresponding to the area identified and displayed on the LCD 31, a printer section 50 for carrying in the answer sheet to print the grading result entered from the keyboard unit 33, followed by carrying-out thereof, and an arithmetic control section 65 responsible for operation control of the LCD 31, the keyboard unit 33, and the printer section 50.
