<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar battery not generating stress to a collector while maintaining a shape of a seal member. <P>SOLUTION: A bipolar battery 10 includes bipolar electrodes 16 in which positive electrode active substance layers 12 are each formed on one face of each collector 11 and negative electrode active substance layers 13 are formed on the other face thereof; electrolytes 14 alternately laminated with the bipolar electrodes 16; and seal members 18 fixed between the collectors 11 so as to surround single battery layers 15 each constituted by including adjacent substance layers 12, electrolytes 14 and substance layers 13, and made by laminating resin layers 181, 182 differing in softening point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
