PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head which has a good adhesion between an electrode and a parylene film, and is also free from pin holes. SOLUTION: In the inkjet head, a coating by a triazine thiol derivative indicated by the following formula, and a resin coating composed of poly-para-xylelene or its derivative on a surface of the coating are layered on a surface of the electrode. In the formula, R represents -R<SB>1</SB>, -OR<SB>1</SB>, -SR<SB>1</SB>, -NHR<SB>1</SB>, or -N(R<SB>1</SB>)<SB>2</SB>(R<SB>1</SB>is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, an epoxy group or a morpholino group), and M represents a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal, 1/2Mg, 1/2Ca, 1/2Ba, primary-tertiary amines, quaternary ammonium salt or phosphonium salt.
