FIELD: equipment for manufacturing of untwisting coiled articles, in particular, technique for preliminary deformation of members to be coiled for manufacture of coiled articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has distributing disk rigidly connected to casing, rear, intermediate and front disks successively arranged for axial movement on casing and equipped with deforming units. Deforming units are made in the form of trapezium-shaped quenched plates having thickness of from 5 mm to 10 mm, length of from 10 mm to 30 mm and distance between plates of from 1 mm to 5 mm. Side surfaces of trapezium-shaped plates are provided with rounded portions having radius equal to half the thickness of plate. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of apparatus and improved quality of coiled articles. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg |
