FIELD: microbiological industry, in particular production of calcium fructose diphosphate. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes transformation with Saccharomyces carlsbergensis yeast at 34-36°C in simultaneous presence of toluene, propanol, and isopropanol in amount (each) of 0.4-0.5 %. Target product is isolated from supernatant at 85°C in presence of calcium chloride for 15-20 min followed by washing with ethanol and drying. Method of present invention makes in possible to increase yield (based on organic phosphorus) by 30 %. Calcium fructose diphosphate is used for production of drugs for treatment and prophylaxis of diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular and nervous disorders, intoxication by toxic substances. ^ EFFECT: stabilized transformation process; increased productivity and product quality. ^ 3 ex |
