FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for quick canceling of speed, increasing efficiency of braking in emergency and safety of traffic. Proposed emergency brake of wheeled vehicle has brake members arranged at both sides of carrying frame of body before rear wheels. Each brake member has liquid and solid phases used at braking by common signal from vehicle can. Liquid phase component is made in form of sticky viscous liquid, and solid phase component, in form of arbitrary shape elements of limited size. Components of both phases and mixed in arranged in container secured on common housing with discharge port. Piston pusher is installed from side opposite to discharge port of mixed phase. Said piston pusher can be shifted to discharge port of housing by pneumatic drive. Mixed phases of components in container are separated by diaphragms from side of discharge port and piston pusher. Said diaphragms are installed for breaking in case of pressure rise in behind-the-piston space. Pneumatic drive includes compressed gas cylinder communicating through electromagnetic valve with behind-the-piston space of piston pusher. ^ EFFECT: increased intensity of speed canceling in emergency. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
