PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the image quality of an imaged image. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus calculates a threshold width W largely and sets a second threshold object value TH2 smaller as any of temperature data, noise amount data and an amplifier gain is greater. Thus, when noise included in a standard image signal of pixels in a saturated state is increased, the threshold value TH is set smaller and the saturated state of an imaging element can properly be discriminated. As a result, the standard image signal can be replaced with a non-standard image signal and the image quality of the imaged image can be enhanced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
