PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from being bored even when a user keeps using the same mobile phone. SOLUTION: This application providing server is communicatively connected to a mobile phone 1, and the information on preliminarily registered portable ID, a point and an empty capacity of a nonvolatile memory 14 of the mobile phone 1 is received from the mobile phone 1. Then, software corresponding to the received portable ID, the point and the empty capacity is selected from an HDD 35, and a list is generated, and picture-displayed on the mobile phone so as to be selected. The item selected on the mobile phone is received, and data corresponding to the selected item are acquired form an HDD 35. Then, the program of the acquired data is transmitted to the mobile phone.
