<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing for wheel support capable of suppressing the occurrence of vibration and noise even if it is used in an environment where the possibility of the generation of rust due to entry of water and a metal contact between a raceway surface and rolling elements due to outflow of grease may occur. <P>SOLUTION: In this bearing unit 1 for wheel support, oxidized film 14 with a thickness of 0.5 to 2.5μm is formed on at least first and second inner ring raceway surfaces 7a and 7b and first and second outer ring raceway surfaces 10a and 10b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
