PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe board reinforcement structure for a vehicle capable of realizing compatibility of securement of an occupant's foot space and safety at the time of collision. SOLUTION: In the toe board reinforcement structure for the vehicle provided with the toe board 5 for partitioning a cabin 6 and an engine room 7, a floor panel 8 is continued to the toe board 5 and extended toward a rear side and a steering support member stay 20 mounted with a steering support member 13 to an upper part is provided at a position of the floor panel 8 spaced from the toe board 5 by a predetermined distance. A blower motor 17 for air-conditioning is arranged between the steering support member stay 20 and the toe board 5 so as to prevent retreating of the toe board 5 by interfering this when the distance between the toe board 5 and the steering support member stay 20 narrows at the time of collision.
