PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and fully thread a cap threaded into a cap hole of a case for storing a filter, and to allow a prompt judgement of the threading. SOLUTION: The cap 30 is composed of a first member 31 which is rotationally operated and a second member 32 which is engaged to the cap hole 26 of the case 21. A space between the first and the second members is provided with a torque-restricting and transmitting means which restricts torque to a predetermined value and transmits the restricted torque from the first member 31 to the second member 32 and is composed of the combination of protrusions 36 and elastic pawls 41. Therefore, the cap 30 is rotationally operated until the transmission of the torque from the first member 31 to the second member 32 is restricted, so that the cap 30 is securely and fully threaded and the threading is promptly judged.
