<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning device provided with a spring mechanism in applying a return force or return deviation force to a plurality of turning members with respect to a reference member. <P>SOLUTION: The turning device is constituted to generate an angular moment having a prescribed arm length around the turning axis of the one turning member 8 by biasing from one end in the longitudinal direction of a spring member 29, and to generate the angular moment having approximately the same degree of the arm length as the prescribed arm length angular moment having a prescribed arm length around the turning axis of the other turning member 8 by the two end biasing from the other end in the longitudinal direction of the spring member such that the moment of the applied force is the angular moment reverse in positive and negative. By inputting an external force to the turning system, the respective turning members 8, 20 turn by overcoming the biasing force of the spring member 29 and the biasing force is made greater in the biasing force of the one turning member 8 than that in the other turning member 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
