PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic board in which the nonuniformity or the directionality of strength of a weak point which a known plastic board has and weak points are eliminated, and high stiffness which is an advantage is further improved. SOLUTION: The plastic board comprising: the vacuum forming of a sheet of plastic; forming cap sheets (1, 2) of a shape in which a large number of trapezoid caps (7, 8) projected from plane surfaces (5, 6); and bonding the two sheets so that top faces (71, 81) of each cap may touch the plane surfaces (6, 5) of an adverse party's sheet is improved. The improved plastic board has a structure in which in the two cap sheets, the dimension and the taper of the cap are fixed and the side-walls of abutting caps (72, 82) are made to contact mutually at least partly.
