<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back washing apparatus having a structure safely used without a dangerous method of rotating a motor-driven washing implement, not bringing fear to an invalid such as a sick person or handicapped person, used in safety, not catching a towel or the like therein or not scattering water or bubbles therearound. <P>SOLUTION: A washing board 12 is attached to a case 7 so as to face the front side of the case 7 through a reciprocating member 21 eccentrically connected to a driving shaft 17a of a reciprocating motor 17 provided in the case 7 and provided so as to laterally reciprocate.
