PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate assembly work by integrally constituting a folding type door and inhibit air leakage from the whole door. SOLUTION: An air mix door 15 includes a shaft 100 formed by thermoplastic resin, a first substrate 101, a second substrate 102 integrally formed with the shaft, a flexible joint portion 103 made of elastomer, and seal portions 104a, b, c. The flexible joint portion and the seal portions are integrally connected with the first and second substrates by welding. A guide bar 106 for sliding provided at an edge portion of the second substrate moves in the inside of a guide groove 22 on a case 11 side corresponding to the rotation of the shaft. At this time, the flexible joint portion freely bents. With the door closed, the seal portions of a door outer periphery portion can be brought into close contact with the case 11, thus preventing air leakage from the whole door.
