PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a joint where, in projection welding in which at least either member to be joined is a cylindrical body, the phenomenon that the one formed at the joining face and which has been a projection is melted, and flows out to the inner circumferential side of the cylindrical body, so as to form a projecting part and a scattered matter. SOLUTION: An annular projection 23 is formed at the joining face 24 in a cylindrical body 21 as the member 20 to be joined, and at the time when the projection 23 is contacted with the joining face 34 in the other member 30 to be joined, the distance between the joining faces 24, 34 in the outer circumferential side than the projection 23 is made wider than the distance between the joining faces 24, 34 in the inner circumferential side than the projection 23. Further, the distance from the inner circumferential face of the cylindrical body 21 to the projection 23 is made wider than the distance from the outer circumferential face of the cylindrical body 21 to the projection 23.
