A seat structure for a vehicle, comprising at least two seat bodies having seat cushions (19) and (21) allowing front parts to tip up from seated positions about rear parts and back rests (20) and (22) allowing upper parts to longitudinally tilt about lower parts. The seat bodies are longitudinally disposed on same slide rails, and allowed to move and stop at proper positions in the longitudinal direction. The both seat bodies (2) and (4) are so formed that the back rests (20) and (22) can be moved to roughly upright positions and the seat cushions (19) and (21) can be tipped up by an operation means, and the seat body (2) on the front side can be moved forward (FR) by the seat body (4) on the rear side.
